Got my dvds and have done IMAX2, PUB, and Boot so far. Wow, just what I needed, some DIFFERENT moves for stuff. I can't stand to just watch the new ones through and since the first time or 2 is a lot of figuring out what is going on, I just pause and get through them.

If you let slip a few "heels hanging off" in off the step, does that cause a pain and tightening in the lower part of the leg below the calf? I try to keep full contact but sometimes things get going so quickly.

Can't wait to get to the rest of them, I'm having to mod the rotation she gave out awhile ago, my muscles needed a break.

And on the terminator dvd, what would the 3 sections be, eg. Cardio, Weights, Muscle Endurance.... ? I plan on tacking them on here and there but want to make sure I don't accidently back to back something.

And thanks for including some guys, my son watches with me (almost 3) and he can see other "boys" doing this stuff.
