Variety or Intensity Rotation?

I am wondering if anyone did the May variety rotation or the Total Body Overall Body Blast Rotation featuring the Intensity Series(when it first came out)....I'm in the home stretch, the final countdown to my best friend's wedding on the 23rd and need to maximize my workouts from now until then.
These two rotations looked great, but I'm wondering which would be more effective to blast any last minute weight gain. In case you missed it, here is what Cathe said for the Body Blast workouts:

MONDAY: Boot Camp
TUESDAY: OFF
WEDS: Muscle Endurance
THURS: Imax2
FRIDAY:Cardio & Weights
SAT: PYRAMID Lower Body and 1st five intervals of Imax 2
SUN: PYRAMID Upper Body

Since I've only done Boot Camp and Muscle Endurance from the Intensity Series, I don't have any idea what kind of gains this rotation would have for me. It seems I could continue the weight loss that I've been working towards with the July Rotation.

Any input here would be great!!

I actually did both of these. I did not lose any weight, mainly because my eating was pretty bad (too many really rich desserts)
However, for me, the Overall Body Blast rotation increased my aerobic level and rounded my butt. BUT weight lifting makes me hungry and I ate more. The May variety rotation was pretty intense, too. I'm certainly no expert but I honestly think either one would be fine so you should choose the one that looks more fun to you! -joy
 
I'm currently doing the May Variety Rotation. Right now, I'm between weeks #2 and #3 and have found no weightloss yet, although during week #1 I gained (but that's since gone away...)
