Vacation weight gain?

Hi everyone,
I just got back from a week and a half's vacation to the Caribbean. While on vacation, I ate a lot of junk and fatty meals, and didn't exercise once. I just didn't care, or even feel 'fat'. But now that I'm back, I feel flabbier (especially by butt). Did the week and a half diet and exercise disaster ruin my last few months of working out well?
Please give me some advice.
Should I step up my workouts to make up for it?
(I usually do cardio 3-4xs and weights2x a week)

I want to put my 2 cents in here. I say that when you go on vacation, you go on vacation from your work, daily grind and even your normal routine. You do things you don't normally get to, Like be in the Caribbean for a week!! So don't beat yourself up over it. Just like you come home and go back to your work schedule, so too can you go back to your workout schedule!

RE: Echoing that sentiment...

I wouldn't aggressively "attack" your body now; it'll go into starvation mode. Just go back to what you always do, maybe a couple of desserts less per week. You'll be back in a jiffy.
