I've been doing PUB premix up. Well I've been having a hard time increasing my weights w/good form. So I tried PUB premix down and it was much better. I realize that is because my heaviest was done first. Well I want to spend more time increasing my upper body strength and wondered can I do PUB the whole workout w/my original weights, then once a week do PUB premix w/the heavier weights and still reach the next level? Or since doing the whole workout w/the heavier weights is not an option right now should I just do two workouts a week PUB premix w/the heavier weights? Does anyone know which would get better results?
