User's Guides???

Hi, I was wondering if there is any where or way to obtain the "user's guide" for the different Cathe series? I own the Xtrain series of DVD's (with a user's guide). I have been a full member of the Demand and Live streaming since the very first month and LOVE IT!!! But was wondering if there were user's guides anywhere to look at online or even for purchase? Thanks
