Hi everyone. I just got back from my doctor because my left knee has been really bothering me. He told me I can't do any aerobic or lower body workout for 1 month so the swelling will go down. He said in 10 days that I could start walking at the track because it has rubber. So I guess that I will be doing alot of upper body workout. This is really depressing to me because I really enjoy all the Cathe's workout, but I guess I will be doing all of her upper body workout. Im starting to see results on my upper body too from doing the PLB & Power hour. I guess I will be adding all of her other upper body workout too since I will have time. I will also be doing alot of core and ab works. I just hope the results won't fade because of no aerobicss. I still haven't tried the PS, ME, and S&H which I have so I guess I will tried them now. I have all of her DVD except The Terminator and Cardio kick which I can't do right now anyway. Thanks for listening
