Hi everyone. I just got back from my doctor because my left knee has been really bothering me. He told me I can't do any aerobic or lower body workout for 1 month so the swelling will go down. He said in 10 days that I could start walking at the track because it has rubber. So I guess that I will be doing alot of upper body workout. This is really depressing to me because I really enjoy all the Cathe's workout, but I guess I will be doing all of her upper body workout. Im starting to see results on my upper body too from doing the PLB & Power hour. I guess I will be adding all of her other upper body workout too since I will have time. I will also be doing alot of core and ab works. I just hope the results won't fade because of no aerobicss. I still haven't tried the PS, ME, and S&H which I have so I guess I will tried them now. I have all of her DVD except The Terminator and Cardio kick which I can't do right now anyway. Thanks for listening:)

Hi Barbra,
I'm sort of in the same boat, only I can't work my upper body for awhile. I have a shoulder injury and can only work lower body. But it will pass. I'm doing what they call 'working around the injury,' by doing lower body work. I've also been in the very same boat as you, and just worked the upper body. Allowing time for the injury to heal is a good thing. Going back too soon will only cause more problems.
When you get back to doing the cardio and lower body work, you will be amazed at how fast you will be able to SURPASS the gains you made before your injury.
Just think how great your upper body and those abs are going to look when you get back to the lower body work. :D
Hang in there. Time will fly by before you know it.

Thank you Wanda. I was thinkig of doing just the PS Series for the next 4 weeks doing each upper part 3 times a week which is working out 6 days a week. I hope that this isn't too much but I feel like I need to do something. Do you think that this is too much or ok? Anybody advise would help.

Hi Barbara!

Sorry to hear of your setback. They are the pits, aren't they? I know it seems like the end of the world but a month will fly by, trust me! Hang in there and take advantage of being able to try all your tapes you haven't used yet. See what you like and go from there. Maybe, instead of doing the SAME tape 3X, you could do them 2X and then add the upper body from ME or PH, providing you are listening BIGTIME to your body. You may find this is too much. Also, maybe give a thought to working each body part 2X a week and the doing something like Pilates or Yoga as your addition. Just an idea. Take it easy and don't do too much too soon to the muscles. They will be getting used to new tapes! :p Good Luck with your healing. Keep us posted.

RE: Hi Barbara!

Hey Debbie I never would of thought of that, taking Pilate or yoga, and also doing the upper body from ME or PH. Thanks for the advise. I think I will be taking the yoga and pilate classes at gym. Thanks again:7
