UPS orders have shipped!

We have completed all UPS DVD preorders. Tomorrow any remaining US postal orders will be shipped as well. While we have had limited opportunities throughout the day to return customer service requests, after tomorrow we will be much more active on customer service. Thanks for your patience!

I would like to take a moment to address any concerns regarding our current tardy customer service. We certainly do apologize for the delay in returning your emails, however, getting the orders out is our number one priority right now. We have received your emails regarding packaging problems, defective DVD's, and/or other problems that may have occured. We will absolutely get back to you and address your situation promptly.

Please understand that during times of high volume shipping, we will always have slower customer service. Pursuing another number to reach us will actually not get you faster service (see below please). Any other numbers that you call will simply take your message and forward it to us. So please hang in there. We just need some time to get caught up.

You may also call our order center (800-433-7837 - USA and Canada customers only), but this is only an order center and answering service that we contract out to. They will gladly forward your question or problem to us and we will contact you back by phone. For faster response time, always email us whenever possible."
