Upper Body

RE: Upper Body AND lower body

I highly recommend the PUB/PLB DVD. (Pyramid Upper Body / Pyramid Lower Body). It is great and you get both upper and lower body workouts, plus a PUB/PLB Bonus Combo premix, along with other premixes.

I agree that PUB is great...in fact I just did it today :) ....But my favorite..especially if you need to build up strength in your upper body..Slow and Heavy!!!!!!:D :D :D

I started with this workout when I got serious about my upper body...and I reaped wonderful results...I then added Gym Styles to my rotation...and had even better results...:)

Good luck and happy shopping...

Debra -- I have Pyramids, MM, Muscle Endurance, L&G, but S & H is my very favorite, and I was wondering what kind of a rotation you do with it? I never got Gym Styles because I hated the idea of having the workout on 3 separate dvd's. Anyhow, would love to know just what routine you follow using S&H - I'm interested mainly in upper body work since for lower body I do treadmill daily, and L&G about once a week.

I also recommend the gym styles

also possibilites:
- Push Pull UB X 3 Sets Premix (65 mins)
- Body Max 2 double body upper (72 mins)

NonCathe
-P90x - this will DEFINITELY cut your upper body

P90X definitely (if you're looking for 'any DVD's' and not just 'Cathe DVD's.' For Cathe DVD's, I'd go with Pyramids and Gym Styles.

By the way, not everybody checks out the "rotations" forum, and this isn't really a rotation question, so if you want more responses/suggestions, you might want to post this in the "Open Discussion" (for suggestions on Cathe and non-Cathe workouts) or "Video questions" (for Cathe-only) forum.
