I currently do 3 Upper body workouts per week, MIS, PS and I use the chest portion from Body Max ( I have been doing so for a long long time. I increased my weights by 3 lbs last week and didn't notice any soreness, except some shoulder blade pain which I think was due to doing overhead presses with 15 lb weights. Should I give my upper body a rest so that it is shocked back into action when I restart? I'm very toned but looking for a little more!!
