Upper body workout...

My opinion would be the Upper body part of Bodymax. Good exercises, but short segments. Of course decreasing the weight amount makes any workout a bit less intense...:)...Carole
 
I'd recommend her CTX Upper Body. Doing the entire workout all the way thru is tiring, but I like to split it up into 2 days. One day I'll do the first 3 sections, ie. back, chest and shoulders and then later in the week do the last two, biceps and triceps. As far as intensity goes, it's really what you put into it. I could easily do any of Cathe's workouts all the way through if I only used a 3 lb dumbell...basically you get out of it what you put into it.

PS Series. Nice even pace. 3 day split. 2 day split without legs. Enough sets to give you good definition. I can come home from a 12 hour day shift and lie back on the step and do Chest shoulders and Triceps.
