I'm training for a marathon and I'm doing upper body work twice a week after my short runs. I have been doing BM2 upper body and the CTX splits. I'm planning on doing PUB soon and the Gym Styles. Are there any other premixes that include only upper body work? I'd like to mix it up.
Saturday is my cross-training day so I can get my Cathe step fix then

I love the upper body only premixes from MuscleMax, PushPull and Supersets. Just about any Cathe weight workout can be done upper body only. I recently mixed up the upperbody work from Maximum Intensity Strength and PowerHour....now that was a lovely burn!}(
