upper body only

Cathe,
I posted a few days ago about my foot surgery, and I have another question regarding this. I haven't done any cardio for the past 4 weeks, and I'm VERY limited in terms of lower body exercises. All I've been able to do is leg lifts and abs. But I can do virtually everything for upper body, so I've been alternating with all of your weight lifting workouts. I know it's commonly advised to let each muscle group rest for at least a day before working it again, but if that's all I'm able to do, isn't it better to fill up an hour every day with SOMETHING, even if it's almost the same thing I did the day before? It's very boring, but I don't want to lose all my muscle tone. Cathe, I couldn't motivate myself at all at this point w/out your videos. Thank you thank you thank you!
