UPDATE ON URGENT PRAYER REQUEST................m

No stem cells were retrieved so we are now to the waiting 2 weeks to try an experimsntal drug that is supposed to boost stem cell production. The nurse says that it worked in previous patients that she has administered the shot to. Pray that it works. It can take up to 5 days to work.

My dh is very depressed over the whole situation. See his brother lives in CO and the rest of the family is on the east coast so it is not like we can just go and see him and help him. Different family members are taking turns and going out to help them.

Thanks again for all the prayers and keep them coming.

I am so sorry the stem cells were not retrieved. I am praying that the experimental drug will work for him. I know about having a loved one at a distance and not being able to be there. That is tough.
