Update on my son - one proud Mom here :)

Ok... I'm one proud Mom and just have to post this.

Many of you are well about of my son's medical condition. Last night we had the football banquet.

During the awards ceremony the captains recognized him. They said most of you probably know how had a brain aneurysm and has had 3 seizures and the first was during practice, it was very scary. This does not stop him. He goes to EVERY practice and does EVERY cardio drill. He is an inspiration to the whole team and we are so glad to have him on it. Then he got a standing O and the clapping went on and on. You can just imagine.

He is a jr and less than 1/2 his grade got Varsity letters. He was one of them

Anyhow it is so wonderful to see what an integral part of this football family he is and to see what an inspiration he is
