Hi Cathe,
I have another request and I hope I am not asking too much
Can we please have a short static stretching session as an add on?
3-5 minutes would be helpful for us involved in compound heavy lifting.
I know you always make us dynamically stretch before lifting
I understand the reason behind.
I am also taking this opportunity to thank you for your article about squatting deeper.

Unexpectedly, I have just found out I could fully squat (below parallel up to the ground)
, with no weight. The only reason I have comfortably been able to do it is because
I did a static developmental strech before trying. I am happy cause I blamed my ankle flexibility
and found out there was no issue. Executing the same move with weight is different I am aware.
I have never experienced any issue with my knees neither had I felt any pain.
Basically I never had any knee injury.
Thanks cathe for your hard work,
