I have been doing Cathe's step routine's since 1990 but in the last month I just really increased my weight training thru the Cathe routines. I am enjoying the upper body results but I am concerned about the lower body. I have a petite frame but a j.lo. tukas let's say, not big, just on the round and abundant side. Well since doing all these lunges, squats and leg presses I've noticed an increse in the size of the behind and thighs especially the inner thigh which before didn't touch but now does. My goal was to strengthen, tone and decrease size. Are these results something to expect down the road and if so how long would you say and how about the thigh growth? Thank you!
