Unsecure Order Form

I would really like to take advantage of the presale kick off; however, the presale link is not secure. Only after we enter in our credit card and personal information are we directed to a secure page. Please could someone correct this, so that we can take advantage of the Kick Off drawing?

It seems to depend on how they've coded their links - i.e. which way you go into the purchase section and it's not just for the new workouts either.

i.e. from http://www.cathe.com/2003_Preorder_DVDs_info.htm it goes to a nonsecure folder BUT the Order Online top tab DOES take you through to a secure environment - https://chrstp1.securesites.net/shop2/orderform12.html.

SNM - can you take a look at this to allay our fears?

Yes, that looks to be correct.

For example, the information entered on Pre-Order page is securely sent to the server when you click on the Go to our Secure Server to Select Quantities button. You can see this when you look at the method="POST" part of the HTML:

<form method="POST" action="https://chrstp1.securesites.net/cgi-local/presale_DVD_order_form_v12.pl">

The part of interest here is the "https" (notice the s at the end). The original pre-order form itself does not have any sensitive information on it when it is originally downloaded which is probably why it's not https but once you enter credit card/billing information and the information is sent back to your browser on the Select Quantities page, you will start using SSL ( secure sockets ).

I felt safe enough to place my order.

Becky. I hope you're right. Like you, I placed my order before SNM fixed this problem. And,like you, I thought by clicking on the secure link, we would be OK.

SNM, were our orders secured? Thanks in advance for answering this question.

So those of us who ordered before when the presale info was secure, will we be ok? I was under the impression that entering our credit card info was sent to your secure server.

I've noticed now that it's fixed so now I'm feeling paranoid about placing my order earlier.
