I'm repeating STS rotation again, just finished wk 1 of meso 2. Next tues I'm having surgery(thermal ablation) and obviously am going to have to take the week off. Do I just pick up the following wk with wk 2? Anyone had one of these, how is recovery?

I have the same question, although I just finished week 2 of meso 3 Had knee surgery this past Friday. Should I continue on with the upper body discs and finish Meso 3 or put the last 2 weeks of the program on hold to finish it correctly? LOVE the results I've gotten and just hate to stop 2 weeks before finishing the rotation Mindi

thanks for your well wishes. Had surgery toady and all went well, pretty crampy though and needing a good rest.
