Unexpected from new DVD's

I have to tell you, these new workouts are hitting the areas I need to strengthen out evenly to keep my hips healthy for running. I didn't know how much I would need these when I preordered, ( I didn't start running until after I pre ordered) but many of these exercises are consistent wtih recommendations from my PT for hip stabilization bilaterally!

Didn't you know Cathe is psychic? How else does she know EXACTLY when to tell me to pay attention to X or Y, or when my energy is low and needs a boost!
 
She's totally psychic...she always catches me singing to the song instead of paying attention to the movement! (I can't remember which dvd that's on, but I'm always humming when she comments on it!):7
 
Since these workouts came out and I have done them I have noticed I can run harder and faster and for much longer than before. I have only done these workouts twice now in the rotation and the results are already showing in every aspect of my life. I couldn't believe it the other day when I ran for an hour. Normally I can only run for 45 minutes at 5mph. The other day before I noticed the time I ran for 60 minutes at 6mph. I was so surprised I gave myself a High Five! I know it has everything to do with these new workouts.

She says in Drill Max, "this is going to make you so fit and take you to new places" She wasn't kidding!
