Which weight exercises hit the area under the armpits? I noticed since I turned 50 that that area is sagging a little.

I will be 50 in February but noticed flab in this area when I turned about 45.

Upper body weight training mostly with Cathe's Pyramid Upper Body totally transformed my lat and back area into muscle. I highly recommend this DVD for your "problem":) .
