Aww Shelley I had to complete the weekend! Okay ladies, the day is still very earlier so I have nothing bad to report yet. Just had a multigrain bagel before working out. Those cinnamon sticks from last night's dinner are beckoning to me in the fridge...}(

All I've had so far is my coffee...I will try to be good today but I have a feeling I'll be back to report SOMETHING as we are going to my neighbors house this afternoon for a bit and I'm sure they will feed us some evil grub! lol

Hello,

it's 17:34 here and I have been a really good girl. Oatmeal for breakfast, a raisin bun as a pre-race snack and another raisin bun as a post-race snack and lots of water during the day. After the race my son wanted ice cream and so did I, but it was so busy there that we skipped it. Saved...

okay I finished the cinnamon sticks....but only after Imax 2/3 blasts, BC weight work, CM 1. That should be alright I think :)

I am so happy! Last night when I went out with friends I was really good! For dinner had broiled Salmon and steamed veggies no butter. At the movies I just drank water! The day is young so lets se how I do today!

I was so hungry this Morning & running late for church I stopped at Starbucks & got a grande Mocha & a slice of banana nut bread. I totally am dissapointed. I can count the number of times on one hand how often I've stepped into Starbucks in the last two years. UUUUGGGGHHHH! That's what happens when you don't have any fruit, or quick-healthy items to grab & go in your home. I am now going to go make me a clean stirfry dish.

Ugghhh...I still have those evil dark m&ms in my house! I know, I know, I should just chuck 'em....but dark chocolate???? C'mon on...x(

Well, I just returned from the annual brunch with my sisters-in-law. We go every year to celebrate their mother's birthday. I had bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, a piece of french toast, a little waffle, a smidge of roast lamb, a chunk of chicken with artichoke cream sauce, a bloody mary, a piece of coffee cake, and a few bites of dessert. Oh! And a glass of champagne. I did have some fruit salad, too.
 
I ate a chocolate chip cookie this morning since my month of no chocolate is over. It was ok, but not good enough to have another. I ate a pumpkin muffin instead.

I have been relatively good today. I had a piece of white chocolate almond bark at my girlfriend's that was about an inch square.

And I'm having a Coke. Not diet, the real thing.

Dinner is baked salmon, steamed veggies and mashed sweet potatoes.

YUM!
 
I did really well all weekend, but then today I ate so many crackers! They are healthy crackers, but it's still easy to rack up the calories! I was doing that watching TV/mindless eating thing :(
 
I got a last minute call this morning informing me that there would be a luncheon after church. Well I made some ghoulash, but had no plans of eating it myself with the carby noodles in there. LOL. So hoping for something else to eat there. I had just beef tips and green beans with a diet coke while everyone else around me had cake and brownies. Needless to say, I had to leave the room after awhile.

My appetite is on the fritz today but I did eat some white cheese Cheetos just because they were there. I don't like Cheetos so I quit after 5. I had dark chocolate too but I consider that one of life's necessities.

Gina, you are not alone. I tend to do that with nuts or trail mix. The bad deed's done before I know it!

Some dark chocolate peanut m&ms (didn't count how many)
ice cream
1/4 of a full-size Milky Way bar
and probably some other stuff I can't remember
because I fell asleep before posting this last nite.

I had a pretty bad day yesterday as well. It started with three munchkins (chocolate glazed) and a bagel w/ butter.
After lunch I had a large chocolate chip cookie. Later on at night I had a few beers with tons of salted pistachios.
To top it off, I didn't workout.
