Geez, I totally gave in to stress eating at breakfast. Somebody busted out the back window of our Jeep last night and we're fighting with the insurance company and car dealership this morning. So far, I've had a protein bar, scrambled egg, 2 sausage patties, oatmeal with peanut butter, AND a Snickers Marathon bar! Can you say enough calories for a whole entire day and it's not even 10 am?? I'm getting ready to do ME on Fit TV and I'll probably run this evening.
