You have no idea how often I've walked to the kitchen and looked in cupboards and fridge just to get a grip on myself and walk back to the living room, to do it all over again 5 minutes later.
I did quite a bit of unclean eating:
lunch: white bread roll with surimi (fake crab) and creme fraiche
snack: supposedly healthy cookies, but sugar in them nonetheless
dinner: whole grain pasta (good) with fried surimi, onion and creme fraiche. Plus a pancake with nutella for dessert.
Can you tell I'm in a battle with the PMS monster?
Son no. 2 isn't home, son no 1 will be at a school party pretty soon, don't know what's going to happen when I'm all alone at home tonight!
