I dunno about these. I took a look this morning, via the link you so kindly provided. The description detailed the workouts as "weights" but that is clearly not the case. They are circuits and floor-based high impact cardio seems to be the main focus. The weights are used at pretty fast speeds, so strength is not the aim, rather it seems to be keeping the heart rate high. Also, she moves fast from one move to another, without really finishing the first move properly and no real cueing, so her cast had to keep catching up with her. These don't seem to be the polished workouts we are used to from Cathe.
