Hi Dawn, if you can do the eating plan, I would definitely substitute Cathe. It would be just as effective in my opinion. It's difficult to do a routine from pics in a book. Good luck with this strict plan. :)

Just an idea--personally I would add a couple pieces of fruit to his esting plan. It makes it more do-able.
 
Hi Dawn. I did it with Cathe workouts. On his full body days I would do Muscle Endurance or Muscle Max. For cardio I have an elliptical so I did that or running. About 3 or 4 days each week I threw in an extra cardio, something like IMAX 2, step blast, etc. On his focus days I would alternate Cathe's lower and upper bidy stuff, but really be careful not to kill those muscle groups with such a low caloric intake. I love his plan.

I've just got his DVD last week and it will go right back to the sender for a refund. I really didn't like it at all. Maybe good for beginners, but to me it just didn't do anything. Light weights with low reps, what's the point. He has some unusual moves, but this workout is a total waste of time in my book!
So I'd definitely suggest to use Cathe. Mari
 
How about Bootcamp or High Step Challenge for the Full Body days?

If anyone has an actual rotation that they did for the two weeks could they please post it?? I have all of Cathe's DVD's.

Dawn, I didn't do it for the full 2 weeks. I think HSC and BC are good substitutes for full body days. I also liked Muscle Endurance.
