I still haven't received my DVD's. I never received an email with a tracking number but I do have an order number. I wonder if they missed me? I mean I've paid. Hmmmm. I've sent CS an email. I guess I will just have to continue waiting.

Awww... Sorry to hear you have not received your order yet. Delivery to Europe can take up to a month. I do not know how long
it takes to canada. I would request a tracking number from CS. I can recall receiving 2013 series a month later.

Let's just hope you get yours soon. Hang in there!

Cathe CS says its in Canada - possibly stuck at customs since 24/12/2015. Ah well. I guess I'll just have to use some of my other 800+ workouts.... until they arrive. It's hard to be upset about it when I have so many wonderful options.
