Do it in gulps. First gulp is the premix that is the step portions only. Get that part down. Then do just the first half with the blasts. Then work on just the 2nd half. Then do the whole thing but take a break between 5 & 6 to get water and towel off. Before you know it, you're doing the whole thing and lovin' it.

Now I don't scare easily, but gosh harder than 2???? See, I have Imax 2 and never tried Imax 3, but from what I keep hearing, I cannot believe it could be harder than 2, BUT IT IS, right? YIKES!

I think it's much harder than Imax 2 mostly due to the shorter recovery periods. You're also jumping OFF of the step with both feet at the same time in at least two of the intervals. You seem to be in great shape, Charlotte - I don't think you'd have a problem with it. It's a lot of fun!

I wish Cathe would include Imax workouts with every series. They're so effective at improving cardio fitness that I reach for all three over and over again.
 
I think Imax 1 is the toughest of all.You have to do the same move over and over and it really gets in there.
