Twice a Day Workouts?

I don't have time to do a full 60 minute weight training workout everyday. However, I can do two 30-minute weight training workouts everyday. Can I split a muscle group into two sessions? An example would be chest workout in the a.m. and shoulder and triceps workout in the p.m. Or, back workout in the a.m. and biceps in the p.m. Any suggestions on creating a routine would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely, I do this quite often. In fact, I highly recommend. Back with biceps, chest with triceps, and possibly legs with shoulders. However you want to work it. It's all good. Last year, I did Mark Lauren with Horizontal Conditioning this way. Loved it!
