Turbo Jam & CIA questions

Ok experts I need help. I just did punch, kick and jam I really liked it I ventured out and it was a good workout the only drawback was it should have been longer. So my question is those of you that typically do not like dancy and tried this if you liked it are there any others in this set I might like.

CIA's- I received the collage booklet of workouts and I really would like to try several of these is there a website that offers a bundle package like p90x and turbo jams (beachbody)? Well I am at it how about the TLT's several of these look good too.

I love Punch, Kick, and Jam as well. It's definitely one of my Turbo favorites. If you like that one you would probably like Cardio Party 3. It's a great workout and I really don't care for dancey workouts, but I do love that one. I've found that Turbo Jam can be as dancey or non-dancey as you want it to be. It just depends on how you choose to move. Of the new CIA workouts I have Double Cardio and Criss Cross Cardio. I love Double Cardio. I really bought it for the Full Body Cardio workout, but I happily found the I really enjoy the BOSU workout as well. I do it on a step and I still get a great cardio workout. I've only done Criss Cross once and I'm still undecided on whether I really like that one or not. It may have been my mood that day, so I'm going to give it another try or two, but it is a good workout. I don't think it's on par with KPC or the Turbo workouts we've been talking about, but maybe after I try it again I'll change my mind. :)
 
You can go to ciavideo.com to view all of the CIA workouts. There are so many. Some are really fantastic.

The Cardio Step w/Gay Gasper is really good. Also Cardio Camp w/Kimberly Spreen. But there are so many good ones. Heather Rider offers 3 workouts on one DVD (Step, Medicine Ball interval and a Lower body shaping). Anyway the above website will give you alot of info on many of these workouts.

For the TLT's you can go to Tracie Long Training.com and get so much information on her functional fitness workouts.

I like her Strength in Movement workout. This features Jen Carman. I think its good to switch things around sometimes with functional fitness workouts.

I love Turbo Jam. Punch, Kick, Jam is one of my favorites, followed by Cardio Party Remix. Although that one is only 30 minutes long. I like all of the Cardio Party ones. So far there are 3. CP1, CP2 and CP3. I haven't tried any of the CIA workouts.

I know there has been a lot of talk about the bosou. I think I would like to try this eventually. I will have to do a search and check out the threads. Thanks for mentioning Cardio Party 3.

Turbo Jam is SO MUCH FUN and is so crazy and liberating. Try it and go all out. You will be surprisingly sore the next couple of days - and this from a hard core Cathe fiend....
 
I like the TLT's, particularly the Susan Harris workout. I really like the Kimberley Spreen CIA workouts:
CIA 2505: Kick Box Boot Camp
CIA 2605: Cardio Camp
