Turbo Jam advice, please

I have been interested in turbo jam for a while but found their website confusing. There doesn't seem to a way to purchase single DVD's, only larger, expensive sets. Am I missing something? I have also heard lots of horror stories about their customer service. Are there other authorize dealers? I am too nervous to purchase on ebay.

I have all turbo jam workouts, yes there a little more expensive but worth it, go to amazon.com they also sell them and ebay

I also think that they sell them at QVC. They have great customer service and a great return policy.

You can also buy them on amazon.com. I've been thinking about doing that myself.

You can get them at QVC.com They have great customer service and you have 30 days to return if you don't like them for any reason.

Get the original set on QVC. I think you can only get the Max Results and Ball packages on BB, though.

And for the record, I've ordered from BB a bunch of times and only had one issue - a very slow delivery. I always use the "one-time pay" option, though, and I think that's probably key.

Yes! I found the delivery for my TJ order very slow. I almost cancelled it because it took so long...but I got it right before I was going to cancel. I love the workouts - they're a lot of fun. There are a couple of her cast members that irritate me, but I've just learned to mock them with my daughter and it adds to the enjoyment of the workout.
