There are two sculpting/toning workouts (each are total body) in the basic set and two in the advanced set (one upper and one lower). I have done the upper workout. It is done with tubing (with handles). I liked it, except for how the tubing scrapes against the skin...ouch! I thought there were a lot more shoulder exercised in it than any other body part, but still felt the burn for other parts while working.
