Does anyone find themsleves humming the tunes in Cathes videos? The catchy tune in power hour where you are sqatting forever. I hear that in my head all day.

Just humming the Cathe tune in my head as I was cleaning the kitchen and wondering if anyone else does this.

All the time! And not just Cathe's tunes, but also from several other workouts I do.
The tunes will just sit there and I'm humming away.

I usually hum the ab tune to All Step. It reminds me of the music in "Breakfast at Tiffanies"
