Good Morning!

Just starting the checkin before my workout. My workout today is back and cardio. Im going to try to do as many dvds as I did for chest but if I get a good burn after a couple I will call it quits and move on to my run.

Thanks for all of your advice yesterday. It probably is more me then it is her. I can't not hang out with her /c I do enjoy her company AND we are also business partners so not hanging out isn't an option....not that I wanted to do that anyway.

Alright..gotta get this workout started!!

Good Tuesday morning :)

Today I'm running 9miles. Doing abs to some dvd --Haven't decided yet. I'll also do GIANT sets for shoulders probably ME and PUB.

I need a refill.

Ladies, hi,

I missed the discussion yesturday, but If, I, may, say, I have friends similar, some of them are exfriends as i think their behaviour is foolish (I don't suffer fools)}( Lori your friend is just so atypical of (some) women out there. I don't understand the behaviour. You got great advice, try not to get "sucked" in by women like her. YOu look so fantastic. be happy and proud of yourself and forget about her. BTW women like her get under my skin too, I think thats a natural and honest reaction.

Today was my exercise day off, BUT MY EATING WAS GOOD!!

Hectic at work AND...........

No cheating so far!!! :)

Good morning all: I know - I've been MIA for a while, sorry....:-( I've been just super busy, but keeping up with workouts and trying to eat clean. Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the TM in the AM, taught walking interval class and taught step interval class. Today, I'm off in a few minutes to teach another step interval class and tonight check out my jump rope workout DVD I bought at Target. I'm excited to check that out, the only thing is I'm afraid my basement ceiling is too low, but I'll work with that or maybe download the workout on my iPod so I can listen to the cues and do the workout outside or in my garage.

Eating has been pretty good, clean as I can for now. I've snuck a few 100 calorie packs in, but only to save me from eating a whole bag of Cheetos. :7 LOL

Hey Gals! Glad to see everyone checking in. Gives me something to read:)

Kath** Have a question...why do you call it Giant sets? Is it your own word or some program you are following? Are you going to be able to fit your workouts in on your vaca? Normally it isn't a problem to fit cardio in but hopefully there is a good gym near by and you can get your weight work in as well.

Marcia** Glad to know you are o.k. Last time you checked in you weren't feeling well. Gotta love those 100 cal packs...can have 12 a day!:+ But not much else..hehe

Andrea** DH told me one time that he figures people are envious of me b/c I find the time and discipline to workout. She probably is in that area. Alot of people can't find the time like we can...they could...but I guess they really don't want to. Gonna turn a new leaf and not let it bother me anymore....

SO todays workout ended up being just PUB/4DS back and a 5 mile run. I had a good burn going in my back with those heavy weights so I thought that was enough b/c I wanted to get a longer cardio in.

Hope everyone as a good day. I think I am going to be in for a busier day. The next airport is fogged in so everything seems to be comming here. I already have alittle bit of company around but they don't know what I am doing!;)

Lori: Posted that yesterday but I'll be happy to explain again :) I stole the term from Cathe in PUB. She uses it when describing the sets for shoulders. "It's more a GIANT set than a super set" I use two diff dvds for each body part. It works for me :) And yes I will do my workouts while on vacation as that the condo has a fitness center that has decent equipment plus I have the beach to run on daily if I so decide.

Today's WO is L&G. I have been doing pretty good on my eating, but last night, we had soccer games, Youth for Christ, trips to the post office, uniform pick-up and Bible Study.....my dinner ended up being crescent rolls and iced tea. UGH! I am feeling the bloat today. WAY more refined carbs than my body is used to. Today's a new day and we are back on the wagon. I am making Kath's delish turkey meatballs for dinner tonight and I can't wait!

I'll BBL after my WO.

Quick checkin running late dog threwup all morning. Tonite is LIC timesaver blast wish I was a morning person. Cloudy and rainy here. Haven't time to really plan out meals today.

Hey there everyone. Just waving hi for now. Overslept this morning (the whole family did) and missed my WO time. Will try to get something later, but the day is PACKED as usual.
