TUESDAY workouts 2/24

Good morning everyone

I feel like a million dollar today! :)
15 min bike followed by 15 min row intervals, 2 min easy 1 min hard. My heart rate was up to 179! Oh that wonderful pain...
After that S&H only back, using 20 for row, 25-20 for pull overs. and 50-45-40 for dead rows. I'm definitely enjoying my endorphins today!
 
Did PS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps today and went heavier on the Shoulders and Triceps segments. Even threw in some the counts from Slow and Heavy to diversify the workout some. Need variation if all I can do is strength train for another week and a half.:( Felt good hopefully I won't be too sore tomorrow.:)
 
I did ps chest and triceps went heavier on everything and also did ph legs and cia bootcamp my legs were fried at the end.I ended with 6 min of yoga.It sure felt great!!
 
I did the first seven intervals of IMAX 2, then ran out of timex( ! The original IMAX is harder, but this one has more fun factor. I think I'll do a yoga workout tonight. My arms are so sore from PUB yesterday and I wanted to do a power yoga vid today, but I guess I'll reach for something more relaxing like Yoga Mind and Body.
 
I had a good workout. Did Shoulders and Triceps from CTX, then the stability ball with PLB floor legs and PUB abs. I also did about 53 min of Step from Imax Extreme off the terminator DVD. Sweating like mad..very strong back Mari....:)...Carole
 
Lets see, yesterday...

OK, first I did the cardio from Timesaver#3 workout and added 5" of intense spinning/biking to total 32" cardio.
Second, was Back-Biceps-Abs from PS series.

Now do I start a new post for today? Yes.
