TUESDAY 6/1 workout

Afternoon girls,

I did BC cardio, then ME but I skipped the 2nd+3rd leg presses and because both my knees are a little bothersome and unstable I lowered the weight on the bb for LB exercises down to #35 and did lunges without any weight at all. I added on BC abs cause I really like those.

I'll be icing my knees again. You girls have a great day,

Hi everyone...It's good you are taking precautions with the knees Dutchie. You got in a good workout. I know the knees will get better!! I am doing PLB standing legs, KPC abs and the P90X Plyometrics...I'll be prepared to sweat!...enjoy your workouts...:)...Carole

Not much time this morning -- 15 min bike and Plyometric. Gotta run to work!

Hi all, I did Slow and Heavy Back, then did Cardio Kicks' Kicks and Punches only didn't do the Power Drills, then I did the abs only off of PSB&A. Let's see if my sides hurt like crazy tomorrow after attempting the planks on the Slow and Heavy Back again.:+ :eek: :7 My chest does hurt from yesterday I tried to up my weight some because I did not hurt after last weeks chest workout.

Gonna lay in the sun today it is shining!!!:7 :7

ME for me. Heehee. :+

I still cannot get through the tricep dips. Too much weight in my derriere for my triceps to handle! :D But when I quit, I do overhead triceps for the remainder of the time. Whew!!
