Hello gang

Well, another P90X experience this morning: Chest-Shoulders-Triceps. I'm fried. Zillions of push ups, all kind of them. I did them all, but on my knees. Yes, I'm a wimp... We did one arm push ups, then the ones when you clap, etc. Tony cracks me up. He has a sick sense of humor that I actually like a lot. I also had to locate my 3 lb weights, that I haven't used for years!

I did Back and Biceps off of MIS and Power Hour and then did Abs off of MIS, PH and Body Max.

Mari, sounds like you had a great workout. I was gonna do the back and biceps off of Body Max but I was fried so I called it quits and went to abs.

I did PowerMax, ME upperbody and abs today. I surprized myself that I kept up with Cathe pretty well with the weight work. I seem to like alternating upperbody and lowerbody with this workout. Well now that the fun is over, time to clean out a couple closets.:-(
 
Sounds like great workouts you girls! Mari, you are getting me quite excited about P90X! Keep it up! I did Karen Voights GWW for legs, then Imax1 blast and recoveries only and added on 2 power cicuits from Bodymax for about 35 minutes of intense cardio! The PUB shoulders, tri and bi plus abs from Bodymax..(I never did get to S&H yesterday)...I feel bad, only did one ab workout!...:)...Carole
