Good morning everyone

Cardio day for me -- 10 min bike, followed by Bodymax but only the step part to warm up. Then came my own interval torture: 15 min on the stairmaster (1 min easy 1 min hard) and 10 min row again 1 min easy 1 min hard. Serious butt kickers!

Enjoy the day, folks! :)

Good morning to you...:)...I did PLB floor legs and added PS inner and outer thigh. Then a 15 min nordic track warm-up before a 3 mile run. I am hoping to get the MIS, PowerHour and Bodymax DVD today. I'd like to do some upper body work from MIS and PowerHour...any suggestions?....:)...Carole

Hi everyone, I did Slow and Heavy Legs only and the floorwork with ankle weights from Legs and Glutes today.:) Really am beginning to miss my cardio though, hope to change that soon.

Good Day to all.
Anette the lack of cardio must be hard for you, but keep up the good work! Think of how greatly toned you will be! Also when you do get back (to cardio) your muscles will be challenged in a whole new way! That can only mean more calorie burn, right?!

Today is standing legwork and cardio for me. So I have chosen to do the Premix of: KB drills, standing leg work & Abs from KPC/L&G DVD.

Third week of Slow & Heavy rotation for me! I did Legs & Shoulders today. If I could get a 60# barbell over my head, I'd be ready to move on, but I tried this morning and couldn't do it!! LOL!! Next time I'll simply pre-exhaust more with heavier weights, until I build up my upper body strength enough to lift the barbell. I'm at 55# now, and you wouldn't think an extra five pounds would be that much more difficult to lift, you know?

Good morning all. I did a fun kickboxing medley. I did Timesaver 4 (cardio only), then CK power drills and finished with CK cardio(just the cardio part, skipped the warmup). It lasted a little over an hour, and I felt thoroughly worked out. This will definitely give you your kickboxing fix!

Have a great day all!

:)
