Hi all,

Today its CircuitMax again (I had such a good time yesterday) and full body weight training, and 30 min Ab Hits.

Thanks for all the knee resting advice for my cousin. She's just itching to get out and run, so I am not sure how much rest her poor knee will get. I can understand the addiction.

Dutchie..yes a real leg frier..}( ..I think it'll help those legs to stay strong for your running..

Suzanne...yes some of us crazy runners can get very addicted. But your cousin shouldn't run too soon as she does not need an injury....trust me...:)

As for my addiction....a 6 mile run and PH legs...have a good day....:)

Today was HSTA - I did it all except one set of leg presses-there are just sooo many in that workout.

Sorry its so short but I have to go to work - I see my first patient in 15 minutes-good thing I only live about 5 minutes from work!:)

Dutchie - I am very impressed! Woooo! I can see how those two workouts would complement each other. I find L&G more of an endurance workout, and PLB as a strength one, especially if you only do the up. Good luck with that run tomorrow!

Suzanne - CM two days in a row?? My favourite part of that workout is the last set of hammer curls/leg extensions, when Cathe says "Stop starring at me", or something like that. That's my favourite compound move. Hmmm, you're making me want to do CM now!

Carole - have a great run! PH legs in the same day? That's a workout!

Deb - did you do KPC and LG separately, or one of her premixes? Those two workouts are so good together!

Wendy - I'm happy to do all those leg presses; it's the four sets of 15 low-end squat pulses that about kill me! That's brutal!

Mariángeles - Yippee!! I agree with you!

Sandy - what's a PowerFlex class like? Stretching and strengthening? Power yoga? Have a great workout!

This morning I did 10-10-10 followed by SH Chest & Back. Felt good!

Good Morning!! What a hard working crew we are (and loving it!!:)) I am inspired by the leg work out there, I have been slacking off on my lower body so far as strength goes, more concentration on endurance and I feel the need to mix it up.

I worked out early today and tend to favour cardio before my work day. I had a wonderful time with Rhythmic Step, hadn't done it in a while so it felt fun and fresh. After my in house chores are done I may have a go at the Timesaver leg workout.

Well, I finished my chores and did the Timesaver leg workout and added in the shoulder work as well. I haven't worked my legs hard in a few weeks and they are letting me know that it was about time. I'll do some extra stretching later and enjoy the sensations pulsing through these strong but tired legs.:)

Hi all, I did a lunchtime workout this afternoon, not as late as yesterday and they seem to work better for me. I did Slow and Heavy Back, and then the 1st 5 intervals of IMAX 1 today. My weight was down this morning so I was happy. I think my body likes this one body part per day plus cardio rotation. Maybe I will stick with it for while!!:D

Suzanne, that post marathon high can be dangerous if it's abused. Carole is right....:)

Well, ladies and gentlemen -- in the past few days I've been enjoying my new elliptical trainer big time! It is just so cool. Normally I like to do different things every day, but I just can't get enough of the elliptical! Yesterday was an hour today just 30 min because I was running out of time so I only did BC upper body and abs afterwards. YIPPEE! Mari

Powerflex is a muscle endurance class utilizing the barbell....think Power Hour and ME. I've been taking this class on and off for about 2 or 3 years and I have an awesome instructor (teaching style similar to Cathe) but honestly really haven't pushed myself beyond my comfort zone until Cathe came along, of course:) After just a few months of working out with Cathe's videos all of a sudden I find myself putting the most weight on in the class for almost all the exercises:D Plus sometimes I put on even more weight than my instructor}( LOL!!! Gotta love it:7

That's awesome that you're having so much fun with your new toy Mari. During the winter when sidewalks get too icey I use the elliptical trainer at the gym quite a bit. I can't bear to get on a treadmill but I really enjoy the groove that I can get into on the elliptical. Have Fun:)

Today I did L&G for the first time--I'm feeling muscles I didn't even know I had! I have some ankle weights that I have had forever and I don't remember how much they weigh, but I'm hoping they were 5# and not 2# because I was DYING during those segments, and I hope I can blame it on the heavier ankle weights.

Worked on SB some more, as I'm still learning it. Got intervals 1 and 2 downpat, and think 3 is good enough to go so that I can put it all together tomorrow.

Today I did L&G and Ab Hits. I think I need a little more now that my legs have cooled down. They sure fried with this workout. I just got BB so I'm still experimenting. I might add on Upper Body Split from ME.
