Hi all, I did PUB today, since I only have 4 days to workout this week before we leave again, the Pyramids are working out great. I can get 2 cardios in and an upper and lower body workout using the Pyramids which is perfect for this week.
My dh has lost 65 pounds now officially on our scales, at work he has lost 66!!!:7 :7

Last night I did Kickbox from CTX series and I really like this workout - it was quick and fun! I only have this one and All Step from this series and am now thinking about getting the whole series on DVD. I have 12 non-Cathe tapes for sale on Ebay so hopefully they will bring enough money so I can get the Rhythmic Step DVD and the CTX series on DVD.
Well I planned on doing all of MIC this morning but I just wasn't in the mood to step so I did MIC's warm up and hi/lo only and the hi/lo and stretch from SJP. It was a lot of fun.
StepBlast for me today bright and early. That one just flies by. I got called to teach a yoga class tonight so I'll do that. I find it hard to leave 4 hours between me and eating when I teach so late in the day.
I can't wait to get Terminator, Timesaver and BC & ME DVD's later this week
I have done the viper yet.It is 80 minutes. The sweat was going down along my nose.What a workout¡. I did not remenber the hard of the biceps curls in ME.They were burning and pumping.I love the viper and the gaunlet.I can not wait to try IMAX extreme.I looove terminator.
Viper is one of my favorites too. Today I did S & H Back, Biceps, Triceps and abs in the early morning hours at home. Then at lunch, I went to the gym and finished up upper body by doing chest and shoulders. Have fun with IMAX Extreme!
