tubing ?.....

Has anyone done CircuitMax with resistance tubing before? If so, did you find it easy to adapt to the workout?
And second, what's the verdict on tubing in general? It isn't weighted as a dumbbell would be, so If I were going to use CM and the newer Cardio & Weights as more cardio oriented by using tubing rather than dumbbells, does that mean I can feel free to do it either preceeding of following a weight training workout like PUB, S&H or PS without worrying about muscle recovery time?

I know you still use your muscles with tubing, but since there's no weight, just body resistance, does this make it acceptable to do back to back with a heavy training?

Thanks,
Donna

Don't underestimate tubing! It comes in different resistance levels, and you can get a great workout with it. I always suggest Spri products (800-222-7774)

They have a great book called Rubber Resistance Exercises that has tons of possibilities. If you travel, tubing makes exercise easy. All you need is your walking shoes and your tubing, and you're all set to go anywhere.

If you use it right, and get a challenging tubing weight, you can get a very good workout. I always count a tubing workout as a "real" weight workout.

Just Do It! :)
