I fixed the rubber topping on my high step today as it was peeling off and unnamed children felt the need to help it along. I did some things with the kids and cleaned a little and fooled around on this site waaaaay too much. I'm going to have to put myself on a cathe nation diet.
Dh is going to try and fix the stationary bike for me--yay! My back is so tweaky right now that if he can get it fixed that is all I will do, cardio wise, until I quit before delivery.
cravings update--diet coke, altoids (I googled addicted to altoids and was pleased to find that I'm not alone), and grapefruit. I'm out of all three and somewhat out of sorts...
Susan--I have a hard time playing with kids as well. I love to read to them, bake with them, talk to them, do crafts with them, teach them, but I just don't like playing and I had a great imagination as a child. I also don't like to watch their sporting events--my heart pounds with nervousness...
Candra--sometimes you just gotta let them sleep in...I officially start school the day after Labor Day. We are doing "light" school this summer, but not as much as I had hoped.
Kate--I think I'm to the point where just the platform is too much
. I've done pretty well on the stretch mark front, considering how big I get. Now loose skin on my belly is another story. And I'll be really bummed if I end up with loose skin on my feet
.
Mikkia--no danger from the hurricane then? Sorry you didn't make the movie. Will you get a nap anyway? Dh is taking dds to see Iron Man tonight as a consolation prize since they do not get to go to camps like their older brother....that means I have all three little ones. Maybe we'll watch a movie of our own and I'll nap on the couch. sounds good.
Stephanie--I hope you get some good cleaning done!
Hi everyone else!
