Hi everyone--
I am unbelievably tired. I know I'm low on iron, but I hate the constipating effect. I caved and popped 2 stool softeners along with an iron pill. TMI? well, we're all pregnant here.
We are starting to feel little baby body parts through my stomach, which the kids think is wonderful. My tummy gets lots of love and attention throughout the day.
My lazy workout week:
PUB Chest and Back (my dvd started unexplicably freezing after this, which upset me, because the dvd is flawless and I've never had trouble before--I think the play station is going bad.)
Walking on incline/sh/tri/bi--circuit of my own making-1 hour
Heavy legs in the garage with the smith machine
40 min hike on treadmill
Body Fusion--planned for later when dh and ds get home from wrestling.
JenM--It sounds like you have a good relationship with your step kids, which is nice. I hope you have fun at Disney World. I've never been to either Disney World or Disney Land.
Melanie--Sorry about the house woes. Praying for wisdom in your decisions here--I really have no idea what you should do. It sounds like a really tough situation.
JenJaypea--Are you thinking of Body Fusion from the easy Cathe workout dvd? That's what I'm planning to do later on today. It's a good pregnancy workout, I think. I like to slow down the weight reps and go heavier though. Good luck on your class.
Kristan--You sound pretty calm for being late. I'm usually a crying sniveling basket case by the time my due date arrives.
Kate--I made the kibbee and it was a big hit. We did cook it, however. Raw meat must be an acquiered taste.
. I have no what it is served with traditionally, but I served it with pita bread and a yogurt/cucumber/mint sauce and everyone liked it. It's a keeper.
Susan--you sure do have a good attitude about something that sounds like a big deal (to me anyway). It's good to know you will regain your strength quickly.
Hi Stephanie! Hi Anne! Hi Candra! Hi Trish! Hi Morris! Hi Lisa! Hi Mikkia!
