TTC/Preg Check in June 4th

Melanie~lol at naming her child placenta.. that is certainly different. How exciting to wait till delivery. I am way to must of a planner.. never could wait.

Stephanie~I forgot now what I was going to say.. I'll have to read and then post again.

Kate~funny you made cookies because i did too. I am getting a box off to dh tomorrow so I made sugar cookies (from a mix) and those no bake cookies (cocoa, oatmeal, peanut butter) I had a bite of one of those and then made my kids share the rest.. I could eat way to many of those if I didn't just limit it to a bite. They are so good. i made sure to put those in the box as soon as they were cooled so I wasn't tempted to eat them.

Stehpanie~good luck at the dentist. My tooth broke my last pregnancy. My dentist said that pregnancy is hard on the teeth.. makes them weaker or something like that. I don't really understand that, but I ended up having my tooth pulled after my son was born. I needed a root canal,b ut I was too chicken so I just had it pulled.. (very back tooth so not visible) Maybe they can just file yours so it doesn't have a rough edge?

Stephanie, ITA on pg = shopping! I like how you think! The PR room sounds very cute! hope all goes well at the dentist. I have almost no groceries either - going tomorrow AM while Gina is at her last day of K'garten.
The web class was to learn how to do direct deposit for our employees. ....snore....

Melanie, Wierd name...poor kid.

Hi Trish!

Ha-ha...I took notes too (lastnight), so I will probably forget something tonight since I didn't take any. Things are winding down at school...only 1 1/2 days with kids, then I have to go in on Monday for 1/2 day. The girls at work usually go downtown to celebrate (and drink), but this year my preg friend and I will go, but will just be drinking water. Well, at least we can laugh at the drunks:D .

Welcome, Alicia!

Melanie-What a crazy name-poor girl. That is the worst name I've heard, and I have heard some doozers as a teacher!!! So many names were ruined for me.

Kate-Does your daughter have a K graduation?

Can anyone recommend a good double stroller?

Sorry for short post, but DH and DS just got home, and I am going to run and see them!

Hi all,
I am so sorry I am not keeping up on the posting, but I am so sick right now. The morning sickness has grabbed on and won't let go. I threw up in the middle of LIC this am(an easy one, so I thought)and I just can't seem to get it together. I am leaving for Houston in the am for a 5 day trip and I just don't know if I can do it...
Kate-please don't eat your placenta!!!
Melanie-I hope you don'thave any of this horrid sickness. I have an US next wed. Looking forward to it, I am afraid I am carrying the alien from the Alien movies for as bad as I feel today.
Morris-you are so good about your workouts.
Stephaine-congrats on the baby and I will pray the cyst goes away asap.
Susan-I am so glad about your numbers. are they going to do an US? I am so happy for you!
Jen-I can't recommend a good one (double stroller)but I can tell you 2 that don't work!!
Welcome all you new girls!!!

Mikkia! I"m so sorry! I don't have ANY morning sickness yet. Maybe it's a girl. ;) I do have extreme fatigue & sore boobs though. I'll take that anyday over morning sickness.

Jen, I have Baby Jogger brand double that I really like. As far as shopping double, HATED Aria Twin, I had Macrlean side by side that I really liked but lost it during our move. I then got an Peg Perego tadum stroller (front/back) that is hard to push but I second hand during an emergency situation when I NEEDED one badly. So, ....Macrlen Twin (side by side) was/is remains my favorite. I think the Phil & Ted would be a good one two (great reviews) but I have never actually used it.

Jen, No clue on the stroller. I've gone thru probably 6 really bad singles though! Hope your last days at school are good ones!

Mikkia, Oh man! I'm so sorry about the sickness. I hate that so much. I had it horrible with this one. All of them actually but this one took the cake. Well, actually all the cake came up! I will not be eating my placenta! I just find that kind of info very interesting.

Melanie, Hello! The sore boobs thing stinks too, but you're right - the nausea is the worst. I hope you manage to avoid it.

Mikkia~sorry to hear you are so sick. I hope you can manage okay on your trip.. :-(

As for the stroller question.. I have a baby trend single jogger and i love it. I am not sure if we'll get a double since by the time this one can be in the double (about 6m I think) Landon will be 3 and probably riding his bike at that point so I'll only need the single. I also have a double graco and it is so hard to push. My kiddos are about 60lbs total combined and it's really hard to push. It is 10x easier pushing the jogger.

Welcome and congrats Alicia!

Susan - Glad you got good news.

Kate - LOL about the deflated B cup. I can relate! Let us know how the placenta pills go.

Maggie - I do sneak in Metallica every now and then also. Very nostalgic.

Hi everyone else! Sorry I can't remember everything I read right now. I can't believe how far behind I am just for the day! I just got home from work and I feel a cold coming on. I have a ob appt. tomorrow and the kids are in school for a half day only. I ended up attempting to do IMAX3 last night. I don't know what I was thinking! Needless to say, I got through it with lots of modifications. Anyone tried a tuckjump with a big belly? Yeah, not a pretty sight or a great feeling. I think IMAX3 is going to have to wait until after delivery or just done with modifications. I forgot how much more "jumpy" it is than IMAX2.
