TTC/Preg Check in July 1st

Kate, It is from the ligaments pulling apart. Mine hurts so bad I can't roll over in bed a night. I guess that's how my body gets ready to squeeze out the huge babies I have.

Mikkia, how far away would you have to travel? I hate going anywhere on the 4th, but if you got some free babysitting it might be worth it

Maggie, summer school?? You amaze me. I don't even want to think about school and all I do is drive my kids to school I did buy them some workbooks to do over the summer if that counts.

Stephanie, Did you get your workout in?

Hi everyone else!

We just got home from gymnastics, Toys R Us, bank and the beauty supply. We have two hours and then jiu-jitsu. I think I am going to lay down for a little bit and then take the boys swimming b/f we have to leave again.

Dh called and said that ds 13 is basically dead on his feet after 24 miles of hiking in 2 days--he is, in fact, speechless, and I'm sorry, but the kid almost NEVER stops talking. (my little extrovert opposite)

Oh and summer school is not really a big deal--just keeping up on some basic grammar/punctuation skills and a little math. They are all doing Rosetta stone Spanish too--but that's fun. Ds is supposed to get a head start on biology, but I'm looking at the rest of his summer and thinking that's not going to happen. They also all have to read all summer...

And I posted in the open forum about my ds's football coaches and their extremely colorful language--four letter words in every other sentence. Dh and I think this is really unprofessional and unusual--we've never had a coach EVER say more than the occasional bad word while angry or something. What do you think? Is this more normal than we realize? or is this kind of out of the ordinary?

Candra, Glad I'm not the only one - thought I was crazy! Busy afternoon and evening for you guys! Don't wear yourself out!

Maggie, LOL about DS! That's funny! And I am very against swearing. Esp. around kids. I would say something. I have to correct my dad every time he comes around, which thankfully isn't too often. He drives me insane. Gina has 3 teeth missing in the top row and when he saw her he asked "Did your boyfriend punch those out?!" 1 - we don't joke about 6-yo's having bf's. 2 - we do NOT talk about punching like that. I felt like saying "No, Dad, you're the only jerk who hits women!" but I kept my tongue in my mouth! Not easy!

I just finished C&W, minus the abs. boo hoo. I miss working core. Baby just kicked - she misses it too! I am def. winded faster in the cardio than ever before. I may need to lower my step.;(
