Try this sometime--it's a killer!

Last night, in celebration of my foot feeling better, I did a super-intense leg workout. Squats at 170, lunges at 150, presses at 260, etc.

Then this morning I did Low Max. YOWZA! By interval 2 I was sweating & my glutes & quads were burning. I mean ON FIRE. I made it through the whole workout but let me tell you, it was a challenge!
 
Wow Maximus, that does sound killer. I have been having foot problems also and slowly been trying to up my intensity even though it will be a while before I go airborne intensity. I did through the intermediated drills of kpc and I actually accomplished it.But girl I do not think I could ever do that routine you did at my best. I envy you with that strength.

Ok, Maximus I clicked on this real fast so I could see what I could try.... no way! You are one strong lady! You go girl! Glad your foot is better. Stay away from those plates now! LOL!
