Last night, in celebration of my foot feeling better, I did a super-intense leg workout. Squats at 170, lunges at 150, presses at 260, etc.
Then this morning I did Low Max. YOWZA! By interval 2 I was sweating & my glutes & quads were burning. I mean ON FIRE. I made it through the whole workout but let me tell you, it was a challenge!
