Trouble getting into Cathe Live 1st time

I just subscribed to Cathe Live. My original username and password was not working and I remember a post saying it wouldn't that you had to use a new one. That worked & I had instant access to the Cathe Live videos but then I accidentally closed the window and now I can't get back in. I have tried using all usernames & passwords but none are working. I don't remember it asking me for a username when I was subscribing - just for a password. Does anyone have any suggestions? I did send a ticket to the help desk, just thought I would throw it out there since it's a weekend. Thank you!
 
My user name is the beginning part of my email address, everything before the "@". I hope I'm explaining it right. Hope this helps.

Thanks Kim! I tried that but it's not working either. I tried that with both my passwords but neither works, now I'm locked out temporarily. I'll wait a bit & try again.
 
Thank you so much for your help Kim - that did work! There's so many to choose from - I'm so excited.
 
Do you have apple tv? Everything works except for trying to move the scroll bar to rewind or ff. Also the apple tv remote doesn't work to pause it so I'm guessing everything has to be done from my phone/ipad.
