I got my new Bodystrike workout on Saturday and decided to use it for my cardio this morning and boy, did it deliver! I was soaking in sweat when I finished!
It's a great 45 minute cardio workout infusing lower body toning with lots of squats, lunges, kicks and plie moves. I plan on wearing my heart rate monitor the next time I do this one (which I think will be this Friday) because I'm sure I was in the "zone" a majority of the time. Two thumbs up from me on this workout!!
