What is the best way to even out the strength of your muscles on different sides of the body??
I've found out from doing GS Chest & Triceps that one side is far stronger than the other in the tricep work. The weak side is shaking halfway into the early exercises and I am unable to do more than a couple on the ones farther into the workout. Working the triceps on the weak side, when I am laying down on the bench, doing overhead extensions is the toughest and I shake violently where my arm meets my shoulder (is that even supposed to happen, since we are working the BACK of the arm, not the shoulder joint????)and I am unable to complete the reps.
The strong side has much less shaking and I can complete all the reps. (using less weight than Cathe does)
My triceps are definately my weakest body part.
But what is the best way to even out the weak and stronger sides???
I can't wait to find the best way to address this and GET BUSY. I had no idea just how weak that part of my body is, and it's a challenge to build muscle and strength there and try to get them a little more balanced.
Thanks alot!
