Triceps Kickbacks

Hi Cathe,

I know you are busy with XTRAIN project...Got one question about crossbody kickback.

You mentioned in your pointers that Kickback exercise is shaper. You also added we did not need to lift heavy while doing them. Is it the same for crossbody kickbacks? Also what would you consider as heavy while doing them? is 9, 10 pound the maximum load to lift or we can slightly go heavier than that?
